How do I get to Atlas Arena?

Every year, Atlas Arena welcomes hundreds of thousands of attendees to concerts, sporting events, and performances. As the number of events grows, so do the options for getting to the arena. Whether you’re coming from downtown Łódź, Retkinia, Widzew, nearby towns, or from the other side of Poland, you can choose the mode of transportation that best suits your needs.

For many attendees, trams and trains remain the most convenient option. Others choose to travel by bike, scooter, or carpool, while those coming from farther away often opt to drive. The key to enjoying the event comfortably is to plan your trip in advance and choose a mode of transportation that suits your starting point.

Atlas Arena and the city's infrastructure development

For years, Atlas Arena has been one of Poland’s most important concert and entertainment venues. Hosting major concert tours, sporting events, and festivals naturally leads to increased traffic in the area surrounding the arena—just as is the case with Europe’s largest arenas.

At the same time, Łódź is currently undergoing extensive infrastructure changes related to the city’s development and the implementation of strategic transportation projects, such as the construction of the High-Speed Rail tunnel and the modernization of the road network. This is a process that takes time, but its ultimate goal is to streamline the city’s operations and improve the ease of travel for residents and event attendees.

By organizing the region’s largest events, we also want to demonstrate that a modern arena means a modern approach to mobility. Today, spectators have many travel options, and it’s worth choosing them thoughtfully—depending on where we’re coming from and the nature of the event. Our goal is not only the comfort of attendees but also the smooth operation of the entire area surrounding the arena,” emphasizes Łukasz Bobrowski, Chief Operating Officer of MAKiS.
