The final location and number of seats for people with disabilities may vary from event to event and is ultimately the decision of the organizer. For details, contact the event organizer or the ticketing house that sells tickets for the event. Most reputable ticketing houses, such as Ticketmaster, Eventim, eBilet or Ticket Service, have dedicated contact forms or special email addresses for contacting people with disabilities.

Atlas Arena does not sell tickets and has no influence on the ticketing policies of event organizers. People with disabilities wishing to purchase tickets should contact directly the ticketing house conducting sales for the event in question. Parking for people with disabilities

People with a valid disability ID card and a valid parking permit may use the designated parking spaces located next to the hall. These spaces are conveniently located near the entrance and allow for easy access to the facility. Standard parking fees apply in accordance with the current price list.

In 2019, our facility was selected as a training site for auditors evaluating the accessibility of similar arenas. That same year, we won an honorable mention in the prestigious "Icebreakers 2019" competition for our commitment to promoting activities for people with disabilities.
