On November 28, Łódź’s Sport Arena (the venue next to Atlas Arena) will transform into a hub for electronic music. Bass Astral will perform there as part of his fall tour, “The Art of the Remix.” It will be an opportunity to hear new material and familiar tracks in completely fresh, dance-friendly arrangements.
During the tour, fans will hear brand-new remixes created in 2025, as well as well-known tracks from the artist’s solo repertoire. The concerts promise to be full of energy, dancing, and musical surprises—a fresh take on Kuba Tracz’s work and an invitation to a world where the boundaries between genres dissolve.
Bass Astral (Jakub Tracz, born in 1993) is one of the most highly regarded artists in the Polish electronic music scene. He started out as a bassist in the band Clock Machine and gained widespread popularity through the duo Bass Astral x Igo, which disbanded in 2021.
His solo album *Techno do miłości* (2022) earned him a Fryderyk Award nomination in the Album of the Year – Electronic Music category. Thanks to his musical training (double bass, piano) and openness to experimentation, his work straddles the genres of techno, future bass, drum ’n’ bass, and classical music.
On November 28, audiences in Łódź will get to see Bass Astral in a new, dance-oriented incarnation—intense, emotional, and brimming with musical freedom.
