Today, New Zealand alt-pop icon Lorde announced her “Ultrasound” fall tour, which will take her across North America and Europe.
The tour will kick off in September and include performances at legendary venues around the world—including Madison Square Garden, The Kia Forum, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and London’s O2 Arena—marking her first headlining shows at these venues.
On select dates, the following artists will perform as opening acts: Blood Orange, The Japanese House, Nilüfer Yanya, Chanel Beads, Empress Of, Jim-E Stack, and Oklou. See below for the full list of concerts.
The tour announcement comes shortly after the reveal of Virgin’s highly anticipated new album, set to be released on June 27, and following the release of the track “What Was That,” co-produced by Lorde, Jim-E Stack, and Dan Nigro. The song has garnered praise for its raw energy and emotional directness, offering a taste of the sound of the Virgin album.
Pre-sales for Ticketmaster customers will begin on May 15 at 10:00 a.m.
General sales will begin on May 16 at 10:00 a.m.
