Piotr Rubik at Atlas Arena in 2027. The 25th anniversary of “Psalter of September” in Łódź
Piotr Rubik will perform at Atlas Arena in Łódź. The concert will take place on February 20, 2027, and will mark the 20th anniversary of the oratorio “September Psalter.”
This is one of the composer’s most important works; since its premiere in 2006, it has gained widespread popularity and made its mark on the history of Polish contemporary music.

During the concert, the audience will hear pieces set to lyrics by Zbigniew Książek. The compositions blend symphonic music with vocals and reflective narration.

Who is Piotr Rubik?
Piotr Rubik is a composer, conductor, and music producer. He is a graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw. He has also completed courses in film music, including some taught by Ennio Morricone.
He began his career as a cellist and concertmaster of the Jeunesses Musicales World Orchestra. In the years that followed, he collaborated with many Polish artists and composed film scores.
He gained the most fame for his oratorios, such as “The Świętokrzyskie Triptych,” “Tu Es Petrus,” and “Habitat – My Place on Earth.”
