Every type of waste has its place
After a concert, a game, or any other event at Atlas Arena, thousands of cups, bottles, packaging, and other waste are left behind. This is a natural consequence of hosting events attended by thousands of people. Whether or not this waste can be recycled depends largely on which trash bin it ends up in. And that’s up to each of us.
Proper waste sorting allows us to recover valuable raw materials and reduce the amount of trash that ends up in mixed waste. That’s why at Atlas Arena, we encourage all event attendees to use the recycling bins. It’s a simple gesture that, with such a large number of visitors, has a real impact on the environment and our shared space.
At Atlas Arena, recycling is easy
There are waste sorting bins on the premises, clearly divided into the following categories:
- paper,
- plastics,
- glass,
- mixed waste.
Clear labels make it easy to quickly choose the right bin, so sorting takes just a few seconds.
Together, we build good habits
Every event attendee plays a role in what Atlas Arena looks like after a concert, game, or show. Together, we create the atmosphere of these events, but we can also work together to keep the venue clean and respect the environment.
A good example is the most effective. When one person consciously sorts their waste, it encourages others to do the same. In a place visited by thousands of people at once, even small gestures can make a real difference.
Atlas Arena is our shared space
Every year, Atlas Arena hosts hundreds of thousands of event attendees and is one of the most important sports and entertainment venues in central Poland. That is why we are committed to ensuring that it develops in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner. The venue is equipped with recycling bins for paper, plastics, glass, and mixed waste, making proper recycling simple and convenient.
At your next event, take a few seconds to choose the right trash can. For one person, it’s a small gesture. For thousands of participants, it makes a real difference.
