Saturday, April 22 – 120th RAP FEST I 2023

Following the “#120minutzzycia” phase and a tour celebrating 20 years of his career, O.S.T.R. is smoothly transitioning to a new initiative: 120 Rap Fest. The event will debut on April 22, 2023, at Atlas Arena in Łódź.

Before his recording debut in 2000, O.S.T.R. was known in the scene primarily as a freestyler and host of numerous rap events. After more than 20 years, O.S.T.R., a legend of the Polish hip-hop scene, is returning to his roots! Once again in Łódź, the artist’s hometown, where his heart and world lie, his streets—O.S.T.R. invites you to a house party-style concert. The artist is gathering friends to kick off the festival event of the year as the host, emcee, and mastermind.

This will be a one-of-a-kind experience. – Music, street art, rapping, the early days, the pioneering spirit, when everything was being created and built. We’re going back to the ’90s, to cassette players, cruising the streets, swapping VHS tapes, boombox music, tagging, and words with the power to change lives. “Those who lived through that time know; those who didn’t will experience it,” the organizers announce.

The lineup will feature a host of pioneers from the Polish hip-hop scene. Each of the invited artists will perform their own material from the 1990s and 2000s.

120 RAP FEST is wrapping up its lineup with a real bang. Paktofonika—featuring Rahim and Fokus—will take the stage at Atlas Arena.

They simply had to be there for an event that carries everyone along on a wave of old-school rap, laid-back rhymes, and beats—at Adam’s festival-style house party, where those who shaped the authentic sound of the Polish streets come together. PFK’s albums—“Kinemotografia” and “Archiwum kinematografii”—have built a whole generation of loyal fans, while “Ulotne chwile” and “Jestem Bogiem” have an impact that extends far beyond hip-hop, the organizers announce.
