The band Dead Can Dance is returning to the stage and embarking on a new European tour, "Europe - 2022." Brendan Perry, Lisa Gerrard and a band of outstanding musicians are returning to Poland after three years and two sold-out concerts promoting their latest album Dionysus ([PIAS]). The concert will take place at Lodz's Atlas Arena on May 5, 2022.
The duo's work is filled with inspirations that know no geographical or temporal boundaries. In their compositions they freely mix elements of European medieval music, Celtic folk, avant-garde pop or darkwave. This carefully selected mix creates a unique sound, which among Polish audiences has achieved cult status.
During the concert in Lodz we will be able to hear a cross-section of the band's decades-long output. There will be no shortage of the best-known and best-loved compositions from albums such as The Serpent's Egg, Aion and Into The Labyrinth and many others.
