On Sunday, January 16, 2022, a training conference for soccer coaches—originally scheduled for December 5 of last year—will take place at the Atlas Arena in Łódź. The sessions will begin at 9:25 a.m.
There are over 400 names on the participant list. All applications submitted by the original deadline are still valid, so if you are not interested in attending the rescheduled training, you should cancel your application. On the day of the training, before it begins, you must confirm your attendance on-site for the sessions, which will be conducted in two panels.

11:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Q&A session for Lecture 2.
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM – lunch break.

12:45 – 1:45 p.m. – Lecture No. 3: Physical conditioning in amateur soccer (Coach Remigiusz Rzepka).
1:45–2:00 p.m. – Q&A session for Lecture 3.
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Lecture 4: Pressing. The Benefits of Proactive Defensive Play (Coach Marcin Dorna).
3:00 PM – 3:15 PM – Q&A session for Lecture 4.
3:15 PM – 3:20 PM – Summary of the training session.
