We cordially invite you to the Łódź Real Estate & Home Building Fair on March 12–13, as well as the accompanying events—the Home Building Fair and the Home Design Fair.
We expect around 200 exhibitors. Among them will be: developers with a wide range of new-construction properties, real estate agencies specializing in the resale market, mortgage brokers, and industry experts. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore a wide range of offerings from companies in the construction sector, led by firms building homes using modern technologies—such as wooden, modular, and Kermazyt homes. There will also be a wide selection of heating systems and renewable energy sources. The Home Design Zone, in turn, features manufacturers and distributors of products for creating new living spaces, architects, interior designers, artisans, and service providers.
The trade fair program is complemented by workshops led by industry experts on the most pressing topics of 2022.
