Grammy Award winner and hitmaker NE-YO and multi-platinum artist AKON have announced their joint concert tour,“Nights Like This.” Produced by Live Nation, the tour will visit 57 cities. It kicks off on Friday, April 24, at the 3Arena in Dublin, stopping in London, Paris, Łódź, Atlanta, Houston, Toronto, and other cities, and concludes on Friday, August 21, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
The tour brings together two artists from different generations whose discographies have shaped radio, nightlife, and pop culture. NE-YO and AKON will share the stage in a unique, dynamic back-and-forth format, performing a set filled with iconic hits, sing-along tracks, and club classics.
Featuring NE-YO’s tracks like “So Sick,” “Closer,” and “Miss Independent,” as well as AKON’s hits “Smack That,” “Lonely,” and “Right Now (Na Na Na),” the “Nights Like This” tour is a nostalgic journey for longtime fans and a fresh dose of excitement for new listeners. From slow ballads to club anthems—every night is designed to be an unforgettable party.
NE-YO
NE-YO is a three-time GRAMMY Award winner, hitmaker, songwriter, actor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose velvety vocals, creative storytelling, and remarkable versatility have defined the sound of music for nearly two decades. The artist rose to global fame in 2005 with his debut single “So Sick,” which went quadruple platinum. Since then, NE-YO has delivered a string of breakthrough hits, such as “Sexy Love,” “Closer,” “Because of You,” “Miss Independent,” “Mad,” “Let Me Love You,” “Time of Our Lives,” and many others. He also earned his first diamond single through his collaboration with Pitbull and Afrojack on the track “Give Me Everything.”

NE-YO is also an acclaimed songwriter, having penned hits for Rihanna (“Unfaithful,” “Russian Roulette,” “Take a Bow”), Beyoncé (“Irreplaceable”), and songs for Jennifer Hudson, Usher, Carrie Underwood, Céline Dion, Mario, and many others.
His iconic discography has been showcased on platforms such as NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert. Recently, NE-YO was honored with the Key to the City of Las Vegas, and the mayor declared August 7 “NE-YO Day,” highlighting his ties to the city. The artist is also pursuing an acting career, appearing in productions by STARZ, NBC, and Netflix, as well as in feature films.
NE-YO is currently preparing to explore a new musical direction by working on a country-inspired album recorded in Nashville.
AKON
AKON is an award-winning Senegalese-American artist, singer, producer, entrepreneur, actor, and philanthropist, known for dominating the Billboard charts with a unique sound that blends R&B/Hip-Hop, EDM, and pop. He is the founder of three record labels: Konlive, Konvict Kulture, and KONVICT Music, which have launched the careers of artists such as T-Pain, Lady Gaga, and Kardinal Offishall. Over the course of more than two decades, he has sold over 35 million albums, earned five GRAMMY nominations, placed 45 songs on the Billboard Hot 100, and made guest appearances on over 300 projects alongside icons such as Michael Jackson, David Guetta, Gwen Stefani, Lil’ Wayne, and Eminem.
