The gates are scheduled to open for all concertgoers at 5:30 p.m. Entrances 14, 25, 1, and 3 are designated for all concertgoers.

Guests who have purchased VIP packages may enter through Gate 16 during the following hours:

VIP 1 – 3:45 PM
VIP 2 & 3 – 4:15 PM
VIP 4 & 5 – 4:30 PM

People who have purchased Golden Circle Early Entrance (GCEE) tickets may enter through Gate 21 starting at 5:00 p.m..

Due to the high level of interest in the concert, please arrive at the Atlas Arena early, preferably as soon as the gates of Atlas Arena open.

Parking lots at the hall

The parking lot in front of the hall is able to accommodate about 300 cars and is charged at 30 zl. Additional parking lots in the vicinity of the hall: parking lot under the railroad viaduct at the Lodz Kaliska railroad station, parking lot in front of the FALA aquapark, along Unii Lubelskiej Avenue (from the stadium to Srebzynska Street to Konstantynowska Street), parking spaces for coaches on Unii Lubelskiej Avenue (from the Lodz Kaliska railroad station to Konstantynowska Street).

Buying tickets on the day of the concert

Tickets will be available for purchase at the Atlas Arena on the day of the concert, at the designated ticket booth near Entrance 1, starting at 3:00 p.m. In addition, tickets can be purchased up until the last minute via the eBilet.pl website.

People with disabilities

Seats for people with disabilities at Atlas Arena are located opposite the stage, on the promenade above stands A and U. The entrance for people with disabilities is Entrance No. 1.

Food and drink at the concert

Food and beverage stands will be open during the concert, where you can purchase drinks and hot snacks. The stands will be located at the entrances to the halls.

Smoking cigarettes at a concert

Smoking will be permitted only in the designated area. The smoking area will be located “backstage,” near entrances 7 and 8. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas of the event.

What can't you bring to a concert?

The following items are prohibited at the event: all types of weapons, dangerous objects, umbrellas with sharp tips, explosives and pyrotechnics, pepper spray, intoxicants and psychotropic substances, flammable liquids, alcohol, outside food and beverages (including drinks), audio and video recording equipment, laser pointers, flashlights, any type of flashing lights, cans, bottles, studded jewelry, perfume, long chains attached to wallets, stun guns, glass objects, banners, mechanical instruments and devices designed to produce excessive sound and noise, glow bracelets and sticks containing toxic substances (including glow sticks), and other items that, in the opinion of the organizer or security, may pose a threat.

Cameras

It is prohibited to bring any cameras, audio-video recording equipment, or any electronic devices into the venue that, in the opinion of the organizer or security personnel, may obstruct the view of other event attendees. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the artist’s management reserves the right to confiscate the aforementioned items. Only cell phones and small power banks may be brought into the Atlas Arena. The use of flashbulbs and flashlights is prohibited during the concert.

Medical clinics

Medical stations will be open during the concert. The main medical station will be located on the ground floor between Sectors U and A. Additional mobile stations will also be available.

ATMs

Near Atlas Arena, there are ATMs operated by Santander (3 Al. Unii Lubelskiej), PKO BP (3/5 Al. Unii Lubelskiej), Multibank Champion (49 Al. ks. Biskupa Wladyslawa Bandurskiego), and PKO Bank Polski (6A Bratyslawska St.).

Checkroom

On the day of the concert, there will be a coat check fee of 2 PLN per person. Please do not leave any valuables in the coat check, as the organizer will not be held responsible for them.

Merchandise The artists' merchandise will be available during the concert. The merchandise stand will be located in the coat check area near entrance 25.
