Three-time GRAMMY-nominated global music superstar RAYE returns today with a new single, "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!", which is now available on all streaming platforms via Human Re Sources/The Orchard. The track was written and produced in collaboration with longtime collaborator Mike Sabath and is the first preview of his highly anticipated second album, scheduled for release in 2026.

"WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!" is a feisty yet heartfelt tribute to the search for a life partner. The track combines funky brass, syncopated R&B beats and soul-pop production, all highlighted by RAYE's distinctive, powerful vocals and rich harmonies. Fans first heard the song as the opening track of her well-received performance at Glastonbury this summer, followed by concerts at All Points East and the Montreux Jazz Festival.

To celebrate today's launch, RAYE has also announced the THIS TOUR MAY CONTAIN NEW MUSIC tour, a massive 40-concert tour that will run from January 22 to May 12, 2026. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will include arenas in the UK and Europe, followed by a North American leg, including a performance at the legendary Radio City Music Hall in New York. She will be accompanied throughout the tour by her younger sisters ABSOLUTELY and AMMA, who recently performed alongside her at All Points East - giving fans a taste of the family energy they can expect at the concerts. Pre-sale registration is now open, with pre-sales beginning September 23 at 10:00 am local time. General sales will begin on September 25 at 10:00 am at livenation.co.uk.

ABOUT RAYE

Award-winning British artist RAYE is redefining contemporary pop music through heartfelt storytelling, genre-defying sound and record-breaking success. The three-time GRAMMY-nominated singer, songwriter and producer made history at the 2025 GRAMMY Awards as the first artist ever nominated in the same year in both the "Best New Artist" and "Songwriter of the Year (Non-Classical)" categories. (Songwriter of the Year - non-classical music). This historic achievement followed the south London artist's record-breaking triumph at the 2024 BRIT Awards, where she won six statuettes - the most in the history of a single edition - and became the first woman to be honored as "Songwriter of the Year" (Author of the Year). With viral performances at the 2025 GRAMMYs ("Oscar Winning Tears.") and the Academy Awards (a tribute to James Bond), RAYE has proven herself to be one of the most exciting figures in the industry.

Since her 2014 debut, RAYE has placed eighteen singles in the Top 40 of the UK charts and surpassed 10 billion total streaming plays. Her diverse catalog - spanning pop, R&B, hip-hop, gospel, jazz, big band and dance music - includes collaborations with Stormzy, Central Cee, Lucky Daye, David Guetta, Jax Jones and Disclosure, among others. A prolific songwriter, RAYE has also written hits for icons like Beyoncé, Charli XCX and Jennifer Lopez, as well as rising stars like JADE and Halle.

Her debut album, 2023's My 21st Century Blues (Human Re Sources/The Orchard), was a decade in the making and was her first fully independent release. The album enjoyed unprecedented commercial success around the world, fueled by the inevitable global hit "Escapism." The single not only became her first number one in the UK, but also reached the Top 10 in more than 20 countries, achieved RIAA platinum status in the US and was the best-selling single by a British artist in 2023. The album led to more than 150 concerts around the world, including appearances at festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, Fuji Rock, Austin City Limits, Corona Capital and Montreux Jazz Festival.

Her one-of-a-kind concert at London's Royal Albert Hall - accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra and gospel choir - was released on vinyl and broadcast on PBS and the BBC, and critics hailed her as "the most talented artist since Adele and Amy Winehouse"(The Telegraph). The year 2024 was another landmark moment for the author of "Oscar Winning Tears." - RAYE made history at the BRIT Awards, performed as a support act at Wembley Stadium during Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, and made her debut on Saturday Night Live. Additional appearances on programs such as The Kelly Clarkson Show, the American Music Awards, The Daily Show, the MTV EMAs and again the BRIT Awards have established her as a true star of the stage.

She began 2025 by collaborating with LISA and Doja Cat on the global anthem "Born Again," which she co-wrote and produced - the track earned them an MTV Video Music Award. She also collaborated with nine-time GRAMMY-winning producer Mark Ronson on two jazz singles - "Suzanne" and "Grandma Calls The Boy Bad News," the latter of which was featured on the star-studded soundtrack to the F1® movie THE MOVIE. In the summer of 2025, RAYE returned to the legendary Pyramid Stage of the Glastonbury Festival, and gave outstanding performances at the Governor's Ball, Montreux Jazz Festival, Newport Jazz Festival and All Points East, among others.

As an outspoken advocate for songwriters' rights, RAYE has consistently used her platform to draw attention to inequalities in the industry - from power balances between artists and labels to the financial challenges of creators in the streaming era. In recognition of her impact, Ivors Academy will award her a special Ivors Academy Honors in October, calling her "the UK's best songwriter and a fearless force for change." Outside of music, RAYE serves as an ambassador for Audemars-Piguet and Nintendo Switch UK, and has appeared in Stella McCartney's About F**ing Time campaign. On screen, she will appear in an episode of Netflix's limited series Black Rabbit with Jason Bateman and Jude Law, in which she performs her own rendition of the jazz classic "What a Difference a Day Makes."
