We cordially invite you to the Home Building Fair on September 26–27, as well as the accompanying events—the Łódź Real Estate & Home Building Fair and the Home Design Fair.
We expect around 300 exhibitors, including companies offering a wide range of products and services in the construction industry, particularly those specializing in building homes using modern technologies. There will also be a wide range of heating systems and renewable energy sources on display. We will also introduce you to a broad group of developers offering new-construction properties, real estate agencies specializing in the resale market, mortgage brokers, and industry experts. The Home Design Zone, in turn, features manufacturers and distributors of products for creating new living spaces, architects, interior designers, artisans, and service providers.
As every year, the Investment Directory will be distributed during the fair—the first and only publication on the real estate development market that features an alphabetical list of developers organized by the names of their projects and categorized by location. It provides a clear overview of the market and makes it easier to find all projects underway in districts of Łódź and its surroundings that are attractive to individual buyers.
