Łódź Real Estate Fair & House Construction is the most important and largest trade fair event, bringing together virtually all companies from the real estate sector, the construction industry (from comprehensive turnkey home construction) to the finance and interior design sectors.

The event is aimed at anyone interested in moving to Łódź and the surrounding area. The main idea behind the event is to highlight the benefits of purchasing real estate on the primary market. A unique atmosphere, attractive real estate prices, high-quality education, and excellent and constantly improving transportation links to all cities in Poland are just some of the reasons why many people decide to buy property here.

At the fair, we present both primary and secondary market investments. It is common practice at the fair for some exhibitors to prepare promotional offers that are valid for the duration of the event. In addition to the developers’ offerings, visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the offerings of home-building companies and interior design firms. Companies from the financial sector round out the developers’ offerings.

The event organizer, Expo Property, has created a meeting place for homebuyers and those finishing their new homes to connect with developers, homebuilders, and suppliers of fixtures and materials!

At real estate fairs, some developers offer apartments or houses at lower promotional prices. Similarly, banks sometimes offer more favorable loan terms, and retailers of furnishings and building materials offer promotions.

• Family ticket: 12 PLN — grants one-time admission to the Fair for two adults and an unlimited number of children
