Vito Bambino – 5:00 p.m.
Vito Bambino is best known to the general public as the lead singer of the band Bitamina. “Poczekalnia,” the charismatic singer’s first solo album, featuring tracks such as “Rampage,” “Bunkrów nie ma,” and “Oddaj,” was nominated for a Fryderyk Award in the “Album of the Year – Alternative Pop” category. Vito Bambino has several high-profile collaborations to his credit, including with sanah, Paulina Przybysz, Jan-rapowanie, Rasmentalism, and Quebonafide. In 2021—along with Daria Zawialow and Dawid Podsiadlo—he formed the core of the Meskie Granie orchestra.
Muchy – 6:00 p.m.
Once known as “the best Polish band without a record deal,” the hope of the domestic alternative scene, and the first generation of 21st-century Polish guitar music. Their debut album “Terroromans” took on an almost generational significance. Today, Muchy is one of the most important Polish bands representing traditional guitar-driven music, with nearly 17 years of experience on club and festival stages. Over the years, the band has played hundreds of concerts, released several studio albums, a special live album from Jarocin, and a film soundtrack, and the work of this Poznań-based group has often been compared to bands such as Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, and The Smiths.
Kaska Sochacka – 7:00 p.m.
In 2019, Jazzboy Records released Kaska’s EP, *Wisnia EP*, and just two years later, her debut album *Ciche dni* was released. The stories on the album—which touch on relationships and the struggle with oneself, among other themes—are told from the perspective of a woman trying to find balance amid it all. Agata Trafalska and Olek Swierkot—the duo who made their mark on Kortez’s first and second albums—worked with Kaska to shape the final form of the songs. The artist is this year’s winner of Gazeta Wyborcza’s prestigious “Sanki” ranking.
Karas/Rogucki – 8:00 p.m.
The Karas/Rogucki duo made their debut shortly after the bands Coma and The Dumplings went on hiatus. The duo first made a name for themselves with a cover of T.Love’s “1996.” They then presented a sample of their original material by releasing the single “Bolesne strzaly w serce.” Their next hit, serving as a preview of their first joint album of the same title, “Bezpieczny Lot,” was created in collaboration with Julia Wieniawa. The first album by the Karas/Rogucki duo, featuring spacious sounds and melodies drawing on the gentleness of the ’70s and the joy of disco, is an attempt to move away from the dark sounds of the ’80s and the cold wave.
Nosowska – 9:10 p.m.
A charismatic singer, songwriter, composer, and writer—and, for some time now, a popular Instagrammer with a distinctive sense of humor and a remarkable sense of perspective—toward the world, fame, and herself. Katarzyna Nosowska is the undisputed queen of the Polish alternative scene and the frontwoman of the legendary band Hey, whose hits have shaped the musical tastes of several generations of Poles over the years.
Mrozu – 10:20 p.m.
A versatile singer, music producer, composer, and songwriter, creator of five studio albums and hits such as “Miliony monet,” “Poza logika,” “Szerokie wody,” and “Nic do stracenia,” surrounds his fans with an incredibly vibrant “Aura” and proves that “If not us, then who.” MROZ’s artistic career will certainly also be marked by his forays into the world of film—in the music video for the song “Aura,” the musician appeared in a suit worn by Stanisław Tym when he portrayed Ryszard Ochódzki and Stanisław Paluch in the cult comedy “Mis.” The artist also frequently contributes to albums by leading rappers and reggae artists and is known for hit duets with, among others, Tomson, the Sound’n’Grace choir, and Flirtini.
