Starting this week , TME’s free “Polówka” screenings will move to the parking lot in front of Moto Arena Łódź at 71 6 Sierpnia Street. The first screening will take place there this Thursday, August 27. Viewers will see the three-time Oscar-winning road movie “Green Book” on the big screen .
This is the first edition of Moto Polówka at this location. For four evenings, the parking lot in front of the speedway stadium will be transformed into a drive-in theater, and viewers will be able to watch movies from inside their own cars, in the style typical of drive-in screenings.

The first screening in front of Moto Arena will take place on August 27 at 8:00 p.m. The film “Green Book,” directed by Peter Farrelly, will be shown—a story based on real events about the extraordinary friendship between pianist Don Shirley and his driver, Tony “Lip” Vallelonga.
Viewers will be able to hear the movie's audio through theircar radios.
Those who want to watch a movie outdoors can choose between a blanket or a lounge chair.
Four screenings in front of Moto Arena
The Moto Polówki lineup in front of Moto Arena for the next four weeks includes both blockbuster movies and cult Polish films:

- September 11 – “Crazy Day”
- September 17 – “It’s Nice to Lie in Good Company”

What is Moto Polówka?
Moto Polówka is one of the sections of the TME “Polówka” Summer Film Festival —the largest free outdoor film festival in Poland. As part of the festival, parking lots in various parts of the city are transformed into drive-in theaters, drawing inspiration from the drive-in cinema format popular in the United States.
Viewers watch movies from inside their own cars and hear the audio through their car radios.
