A new parking garage in downtown Łódź is now open. The first multi-level parking spaces are available to drivers

Łódź has opened the first of three modern multi-level parking garages being built in the city center.
At 62/64 Wschodnia Street, drivers can now use 258 new parking spaces.

The new multi-level parking garage is located in the heart of Łódź, just a few minutes’ walk from
Piotrkowska Street, the Łódź Philharmonic, public institutions, restaurants, and offices.
The facility offers a total of 258 parking spaces, including 11 spaces for people with disabilities
and 6 electric vehicle charging stations.

This is the first phase of a larger parking project being carried out in the city center. Thanks to three new
facilities, residents and visitors to Łódź will gain a total of 602 new parking spaces in the city center.

to the public. This is a concrete response to the needs of Łódź residents who want to conveniently access
the city center. The parking lot on Wschodnia Street is modern, perfectly located, and simply practical”

How far is it from the parking lot on Wschodnia Street to Atlas Arena?

The multi-level parking garage at 62/64 Wschodnia Street is located about 4 km from Atlas Arena,
at 7 Bandurskiego Avenue in Łódź. The drive by car or taxi from the city center
to the arena usually takes about ten to fifteen minutes, depending on traffic. Thanks to this, the new
parking garage can also be a convenient solution for people who come to Łódź for concerts,
sports events, or other events held at Atlas Arena and want to leave their car in the city center.

Free parking until June 8

The City of Łódź, in collaboration with the parking lot operator, has prepared a special promotional offer for drivers.
Until June 8, parking at 62/64 Wschodnia Street will be completely free of charge.

The promotion is designed to give residents the opportunity to try out the new facility at their leisure and see
just how convenient parking in downtown Łódź can be.

Parking rates on Wschodnia Street after the promotional period

Once the free promotional period for drivers ends, a simple pricing structure will apply:

• 5.50 PLN per hour of parking
• 55 PLN per night
• 550 PLN per month

“We wanted to create a convenient, modern, and affordable space. The rates have been calculated so that
the parking lot is a viable alternative to searching for a free spot on the streets of downtown.
Importantly, the parking system will be integrated with popular payment apps already
used by Łódź residents,” emphasizes Marcin Kłopotowski, CEO of IMMO PARK, the parking operator.

More parking lots in downtown Łódź after the summer break

The parking lot at 62/64 Wschodnia Street is the first of three facilities planned as part of the “
” program to reorganize parking in downtown Łódź. After the summer, two more parking lots are scheduled to open:
at 67 Wschodnia Street and at 12 Tuwima Street, in the block near Margaret Thatcher Passage.

At the same time, the City of Łódź is conducting a study on the construction of additional multi-level parking garages.
There are plans for 11 additional potential locations, which are intended to expand the parking network
in the city center and improve the experience for residents and visitors.

the downtown area of Łódź. The modern facility, convenient location, spaces for people with disabilities
and electric vehicle charging stations are designed to make daily parking in the city center easier.
