Deftones, multiple GRAMMY winners from Sacramento, are returning to concert arenas in Europe and have announced a tour to promote their upcoming tenth studio album, "private music," scheduled for release on August 22, 2025.
The European tour will kick off on January 29, 2026 in Paris and will include 15 concerts in major cities, including Brussels, Berlin, Amsterdam, Manchester, Dublin and London, and will also visit Lodz on February 5! On the tour, Deftones will be supported by Denzel Curry and Drug Church.
The tour announcement follows the release of Deftones' new single "my mind is a mountain." The number gives fans a first look at the sound and direction of the "private music" album, co-produced by the band and GRAMMY winner Nick Raskulinecz, who previously worked with Deftones on Diamond Eyes (2010) and Koi No Yokan (2012). Recorded in Malibu and Joshua Tree (California) and Nashville (Tennessee), the album is further proof that Deftones never stop pushing the boundaries of sound and emotion. With its distinctive blend of heaviness and atmosphere, "private music" promises to be a unique release in their career, defined by bold innovation.
