The DOZ Łódź Marathon returns in a new format on April 7.
If you’re planning to run a spring marathon, we invite you to kick off the racing season with the “royal distance” in Łódź. We’ve prepared an attractive, fast course for you, featuring plenty of cheering sections that will give you an extra boost as you battle your own weaknesses. Marathon runners can look forward to a very attractive starter kit prepared by Saucony, our technical partner.
This year, we’ve also introduced a variety of industry-specific categories to give participants the chance to compete within their professional groups. Of course, you can still race in your age groups as usual, but a special highlight will be the competition among married couples and first-time runners on the 42-kilometer, 195-meter course. The multimedia display in the finisher zone located in Atlas Arena is sure to appeal to beginner runners, and even those who have seen it all but have never finished indoors will be delighted by the display as they cross the finish line.
The race office and the DOZ Łódź Marathon EXPO will also be located at Atlas Arena and will be open to the public on April 5, 6, and 7.
The day before the adult race, the KIDS Run will take place for the youngest runners, who will compete in age groups. A total of 24 races will be held that day, with spots available for 1,680 participants.
