On September 10–11, the Łódź Real Estate & Home Building Fair, along with its accompanying events—the Home Building Fair and the Home Design Fair—will take place at Atlas Arena.
The organizers expect approximately 150 exhibitors. Among them will be: developers with a wide range of new-construction properties, real estate agencies specializing in the resale market, mortgage brokers, and industry experts. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the extensive offerings of companies in the construction sector, led by firms building homes using modern technologies—such as wooden, modular, and keramzit homes. There will also be a wide range of heating systems and renewable energy sources on display. The Home Design Zone, in turn, features manufacturers and distributors of products for creating new living spaces, architects, interior designers, artisans, and service providers.
The trade show program is complemented by workshops led by industry experts on the most pressing topics of 2022.
