On February 14, 2027, on Valentine’s Day, Padre Guilherme —a Portuguese priest and DJ who blends sacred music with modern electronic music—will perform at Atlas Arena in Łódź. This will be his first headline show in Poland. The artist, who has already performed at the world’s most prestigious electronic music venues and festivals, will present an original concert in Łódź that blends the energy of techno, sacred music, and the spiritual dimension of his work.
Padre Guilherme is one of the most unconventional figures on the contemporary electronic music scene. As a Catholic priest and DJ, he has created a distinctive musical language that brings together two seemingly distant worlds—the pulsating energy of techno and the contemplative depth of sacred music. As the artist emphasizes, these are not opposites but can complement one another. His sets take the form of musical journeys, combining the energy of the dance floor with elements of focus and spiritual reflection. His standing on the international electronic music scene has just been recognized by DJ Mag, which included him in its Top 100 DJs 2026 list.
Padre Guilherme gained international recognition particularly after his performance at World Youth Day in Lisbon in 2023, where he performed in front of approximately 1.5 million young people. In the years that followed, his name began to appear on the lineups of prestigious electronic music events. The artist has performed at events such as Afterlife at Hï Ibiza, the Medusa Festival in Spain, and the Zamna Festival in Chile. He has also played at unique venues of great symbolic significance, such as Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro and the Torre dos Clérigos in Porto. His concert schedule also includes performances in Rome, Brussels, Paris, Madrid, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Barcelona.
Padre Guilherme’s work goes beyond what is traditionally understood as religious music. The artist uses electronic music as a space where different generations, cultures, and communities can come together. His work also conveys messages of peace, hope, solidarity, respect, tolerance, and joy. His work has been featured in international media outlets, including Forbes, The Guardian, the New York Post, and Clubbing TV.
Padre Guilherme is also developing his own publishing venture through Lux Aeterna Records, a label focused on projects that combine faith, creativity, electronic music, and innovation. His discography includes, among others, the tracks “The Church Bells,” recorded with Ebmath, and “Citadel,” with Ginchy.
The concert in Poland will be Padre Guilherme’s first fully produced headline show in Poland. The event will take place on February 14, 2027, at Atlas Arena in Łódź. The concert date coincides with Valentine’s Day, which, for the artist, provides a natural context for his universal message of love, community, and bringing people together through music.
