Monday, June 30 – Powerwolf

Powerwolf is set to rock Łódź’s Atlas Arena! They’ll be joined by special guests Epica and DragonForce

They have no regard for sacred cows; they’ve made the leap from clubs to massive arenas with complete ease, and there’s no glass ceiling for them. Powerwolf has worked hard for their success, cultivating their power metal prowess over the years—where grand production, soaring arrangements, and a lack of minimalism go hand in hand with religious symbolism, darkness, and a touch of humor. When they played in other venues, they had the entire audience at their feet. It will be exactly the same at Atlas Arena.

Epica are the stars of symphonic metal. They reign supreme in the genre, captivating audiences with Simone Simons’s unique voice, songs that blend the raw energy of metal with the richness of classical music, and a vast musical repertoire filled with hits. The pride of Dutch metal, nothing less.

Lightning-fast guitar solos, blistering tempos, a whole lot of everything, and an atmosphere straight out of a space battle. DragonForce are the darlings of the power metal crowd, as evidenced by their latest album , *Warp Speed Warriors*.

POWERWOLF (Sweden) power metal:

“We’re artists, not preachers,” Powerwolf explained in an interview, and they were right. Because for them, despite the religious trappings and downright church-like pathos, it’s all about entertainment—and even humor. Their power metal invites you to have fun—it’s heavy, often extreme, yet at the same time almost pop-like in its accessibility. No wonder they’re so big.

EPICA (Netherlands) symphonic metal:

Epica delivers, and continues to do so—epically, as the name suggests. The Dutch band’s musical style is like a rainbow—full of color. Sometimes it ventures into progressive and power metal territory, sometimes into extreme metal, and sometimes into alternative rock. They never disappoint, no matter the format—and even less so when performing live.

DRAGONFORCE (United Kingdom) power metal:

One of their albums is titled “Extreme Power Metal,” and that says it all. DragonForce really are intense as hell—blazingly fast, with otherworldly technical skill, and always full of energy. If their power doesn’t come from dragons, we don’t know where it comes from.

The concert is organized by Knock Out Productions.
