The Harlem Globetrotters have already set off for Poland. In recent weeks, they’ve visited several cities, met with children and teenagers, and trained alongside young basketball players. Now they’re set to perform in Łódź as part of their anniversary tour. On October 17 at Sport Arena, we’ll see spectacular dunks, incredible ball tricks, and a show that combines sports with entertainment. Among those taking the court will be Paweł “Dazzle” Kidoń—the first and only Pole in the team’s history.
The Globetrotters Are Already in Poland
Before these basketball showmen took to the court in Łódź, they had already visited various cities across Poland. Paweł “Dazzle” Kidoń and Mark “Splash” Blount met with students, showcased their skills, and led joint training sessions with young players.
So it was an opportunity not only to see basketball tricks up close, but also to train under the guidance of players from one of the most recognizable teams in the history of the sport. During the meetings, the Globetrotters also talked about working on their own skills, pursuing their dreams, and how failure can be a stepping stone to success.
100 Years of a Basketball Legend

A Pole Among Basketball's Magicians
Paweł “Dazzle” Kidoń will take part in the Łódź show; in 2019, he joined the Harlem Globetrotters as the first Pole in the team’s history. His ball-handling skills have caught the attention of fans around the world and paved the way for him to join one of the most recognizable basketball teams.
