Havoc (Kejuan Muchita) is one of the key figures behind the sound of 1990s New York hardcore rap. As a producer and co-founder of Mobb Deep, he is partly responsible for the legendary album *The Infamous* (1995)—an undisputed classic of the genre and one of the most important rap albums in history.
His raw, dark, and distinctive productions shaped the sound of the East Coast, and their impact was recognized by the biggest names in the game—from Nas (It Was Written, Nostradamus) to The Notorious B.I.G. (Life After Death) and Method Man (Tical 2000: Judgement Day).
In addition to his work with Mobb Deep, he has successfully built a solo career, having released a collaborative album with The Alchemist (The Silent Partner) and co-produced tracks on Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo.
Havoc is synonymous with the uncompromising, classic Queensbridge sound and is a figure who has left an indelible mark on hip-hop history.
