HAMLET.EXE at Atlas Arena – the premiere of a modern production in Łódź

On November 15, 2026, Atlas Arena will host the premiere of the extraordinary production HAMLET.EXE
— a modern reinterpretation of one of the world’s most famous plays. This spectacular event
combines theater, a concert, symphonic music, rap, dance, and modern technology to tell a story
about the future of humanity in the age of artificial intelligence.

A Futuristic Reinterpretation of Hamlet

HAMLET.EXE transports viewers to a world where death has been conquered, and human
memories and consciousness can be stored in the digital cloud. In this futuristic reality
Hamlet no longer asks “To be or not to be,” but “Am I or am I not?”

The play raises questions about memory, identity, and the boundaries of humanity in a world where technology
is increasingly permeating human life. Is the memory of one’s own life enough to remain human?

Theater, rap, orchestra, and new technologies

The stage will bring together various genres and forms of expression—rap, singing, a symphony orchestra, choreography
as well as spectacular lighting and visuals. As a result, HAMLET.EXE at Atlas Arena will be
an event that goes beyond a traditional theater performance or concert.

The creators of the show

Tomasz Dutkiewicz is the director; the choreography was created by
Majkel Kalcowski, and Jurij Żurajew; and the music
and screenplay were written by Wojciech Hendryk Stawiński.
